Does my order come fully assembled?
We want to make sure we can efficiently ship your order while making any assembly as easy as possible!
Any assembly that's required is accompanied by straightforward & easy-to-follow instructions that walk you through the short process.

How long should it take for me to get my order?
We try our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Once your order is packed and ready, we'll typically have it to your door within 7-14 days, depending on your address.
You'll receive a notification via email when it's ready to go, which will include all your tracking information.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We're proud of the fact that we don't see a lot of returns but we understand that it happens.
If, for some reason, you aren't completely satisfied with your Capella purchase, please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order and we'll come up with a solution with a store credit, exchange or refund.

Is it safe to enter my credit card information on your website?
This one is easy to answer. It's is absolutely 100% safe to enter your credit card information on our site.
We do not keep or store your credit card information in any way. We only use the last 4 digits of your card number as a reference. It is not possible for anyone to view your complete information.
We also stay up-to-date with the industry-standard encryption to secure all of our transactions.
